“Since we can't go to Santa Fe every time we crave green chile, we ordered a bunch of roasted, peeled chilies from the Hatch Store. The communication was stellar, the chilies are awesome and packed in individual 1 lb ziplog freezer bags, so we can store them easily. Already have devoured our first batch of the year- yum!”

“Wonderful experience all around. Beautifully roasted, wrapped and peeled and presented so perfectly flat in plastic bags that fit nicely in the freezer. I will never roast my own chile again. A life saver! Also The chile was hot which is what I ordered. So economical compared with making a trip to New Mexico at the hottest time of year and hurrying back before the chile turns. Thank you! I'll be placing an order soon.”
