“We moved from NM 3 yrs ago. Last year we tried some of the local markets grn chile. It was super mild. Decided to take a chance on this, and have been very happy with the delivery, packaging. Taste, and heat. It is a bit on the pricey side. Not more than others, but if you need your grn chile, we are very happy to pay the price. Thank you. We will be ordering again in the future.”

“Seems the Sandia Chile's have more flavor, the Big Jim's we purchased last year didn't seem to have the flavor we are a custom to but still good. If we could rate higher than 5 stars for the Sandia we would.”

“If you buy hot chile and all you can say about it is that it was hot, you are missing the whole point of true New Mexico Hatch Green Chile . . . really good Hatch chile is not only hot but very flavorful; the kind of flavor that you can only get from the Mesilla Valley. This supplier has sent me only the highest quality Hatch chile available on the plane,t and I am very, very grateful--it is comfort food for my entire family.”
