“This is the 4th time I have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store, and am 100% satisfied with the service, quality and ease of using the roasted frozen chopped Chile’s the provide. The taste is 100% spot on, not a hint of anything other than the amazing Hatch Chile flavors we have all grown up loving. This family run business has perfected online ordering of a produce like no other company has, from harvesting, roasting, peeling, chopping, packaging, freezing and shipping, every part of their system works in unison, to deliver the peppers in perfect condition. They use a styrofoam cooler inside a cardboard shipping box, that along with the packages of dry ice packed with the Chile’s, keeps them solidly frozen so you can unpack them, pop some in the freezer, and some in the fridge to defrost, then you can do some cool things with the dry ice, (just make sure to read up on how to safely handle it, as it WILL cold burn you IMMEDIATELY if you touch it with bare hands), so you get a bonus with every order. Oh yeah, now that most orders ship for free using FedEx, you will get the order in no time at all, and it won’t be damaged. I will continue to order from Hatch every 6-8 months, as I use these Chile’s a lot, ordering 10 pounds at a time. I’m so glad I can still have my favorite Chile’s, even now in New Hampshire, where most foods are bland at best.”

“I was looking for something to add some heat to sausage but be a bit different than the traditional spices. I still need to make the first batch but I love the flavor of the peppers and the heat is where I wanted it.”
