“Although, I feel the price of the chile is a bit to expensive, I love the chile, grew up in New Mexico, and it's all a part of my weekly meals, When I came across your site,, after years of not having green chile.... Last year, I bought your chile,,,, I extremely happy with the chile, love not having to peel it, and bake it in my oven,and the hours in preparing it.. I've sent a number of people to hatch chile.,,,, You have an excellent product, great quality, it takes three days to reach my home,,and it's still frozen when it arrives..... Has a wonderful flavor, thick meat, not extremely hot, and the chile pods are large... Every thing I've had in eating your chiles, are out standing....thanks. I was happy when you notified me my chile was on its way..”

“I lived in Farmington NM for 60 years Hatch green chilie is the best it is one of the best values for my money ever. I only eat Hatch green chilie.”
