“The roasted mild green Chile is absolutely the best Chile we have ever had! We mix the Chile with eggs, potatoes, on top of steaks and hamburgers, in homemade dips and in homemade Chile. It simply does not get any better. It comes already roasted and chopped. The Chile Store does a great job of roasting!”

“Expected more Hatch flavor. Also I thought this was way over priced. I thought I was getting more product for $90.00. Web page made it sound like I was getting 10lbs for that price not 5.”

Hi Dawn, I'm so sorry you were not happy with the flavor of the Roasted Mild Hatch Green Chile. 1904 (Mild) is not the most flavorful variety of Hatch Green Chile. The first line of the product description states "Mild, (1904) has a very mild flavor with little to no heat." In the future I would recommend order the Medium (Joe Parker) if you would like a little more flavor and a touch of heat. I'm a bit confused by the second part of your review. Our Website lists the product you ordered as "Mild Roasted Hatch Green Chile - 5lbs". We are open to suggest for making this more clear for our customers. Thanks, Taylor

“An essential ingredient of my pork green Chile, this product never disappoints. This batch was a bit milder than past, but that’s part of the fun. Nature makes them a little different every time! Flavor is superb always, and so time saving!”
