“I have ordered from them twice before and I just finished my third order. I order the 10lbs of roasted mild and they are perfect. They fit into my freezer and take out one package at a time. Each package holds 10 roasted chilis. I like the whole so that I can can make my recipes with the cut to perfect size chili.They come frozen in a large container. I will also order from the Hatch Green Chili Store. Thanks for such a perfect product.”

“Great customer service whenever you need it they were able to hold my shipment a few days due to an unexpected trip, they came packed, frozen and ready for the freezer. I've been buying 10 pounds of chile from them for over 8 years. Love love love there chile.”
