“I have known about Hatch Chilies since childhood. During the summer, the family would take a vacation in California. We would travel to the Hatch Chili Farm to buy several bags of fresh green chilies on the way to California, where my cousins lived. All we smelled were the chilies. Once in California, the family would roast them, then make green chili stew, anomalies, burritos, and salsa. i have shopped here for over 30 years and will continue to do so. best Chilies around. thank you”

“Best chili ever. Love Hatch green chili. I grew up in NM and went to NMSU. I never realized how much I would miss Hatch green chili when I moved away. I’m so happy I found hatch Chile store. They always have the best foods and chiles. I’ve had to make changes and they have the BeST customer service. I give these as gifts to my family and friends and they always rave about how good it is.”
