“Recently received and used this Small Table Top Roaster and roasted some Red Hatch Chilis. The roaster worked well. I will advise that it may be good to sort the Chilis by size and roast them by size. I found that I over-roasted the smaller chilis while the larger ones were perfect.”

“I have to move to another state and I am worried about getting my Chile fix. So, i ordered this. We haven’t roasted anything in it yet because we are moving, but we did test it and it works really well. I love it.”

“I ordered this roaster because we live in Colorado and went to the Chili festival in Pueblo for the second year and purchased 2 bushels of peppers. I wanted to roast faster then my grill would plus I can roast more at a time. I am very happy with the roaster and look forward to roasting more peppers and other veggies.”

“Very easy set up. Very easy to use. Amazing end results! I highly recommend the small table top roaster. We used to do ours in the oven or use a kitchen hand burner. This is SO much easier and less messy and roasts the peppers just perfectly.”
