“I must say that these tamales are likely the BEST tamales I've ever had. We lived in Santa Fe for years and had a lady friend (from Mexico) who'd make tamales for us from time to time-- hers were really fabulous, but-- I think these tamales may even have hers beat. They're so good, they'll make your tongue nervous! They're light and fluffy, not too greasy-- not heavy nor too fatty. Just fantastically delicious-- and very satisfying!! Thank you ~”
