“They didn't quite live up to their potential. They were shipped from the Ohio site and we ate them within three days of their arrival. They had a bit of a freezer flavor as if they were old, which was disappointing. Two of them had almost nothing in them--maybe the equivalent of a cheese stick; the rest of them were a good size, and I enjoyed the amount of chiles and cheese in them. My brother is a frequent shopper and raves about them; since he sent me two gift cards, I'm willing to try again.”

“These were much better than the chile relleno's....There is just one thing they need and that is a tamale sauce....Next time I will make a sauce”

“Just like I make, only a lot easier to cook! I found the microwave method is best and quickest. Add you own NM red sauce and enjoy!”
