“These sort of fell apart when trying to steam them (I used a steamer basket and of course kept the tamales in their little blankets) They also had less chicken filling than the tamale company I’m used to, so several times all you could taste was the masa.”

“My first order of tamales was incredible. This newest batch seems as though there is about half the filling (chicken & green chile). I know ingredients are more expensive now, but I would understand charging more to fill up the middle!”

“Not enough filling at least one third had no filling at all. Very dry Good flavor”
