“I was most disappointed that the tamales were wrapped in parchment paper not in corn husks. The corn husks add flavor and are so much better. The first time we bought them from you they were wrapped in real corn husks.”

“I make some tex mex staples at home, but tamales are a lot of work...and these are delicious! Anybody who hasn't tried tamales with hatch Chile's inside is really missing out!”
