“My husband is on a low sodium diet and canned chilies are high in salt. These are perfect. I ordered the peeled and either chop them or use them whole on burgers and sandwiches. A great product. Think I will graduate to medium on the next order.”

Hi Ralph, I'm a bit confused here. It looks like you placed an order for our Roasted MILD Hatch Green Chile which states it has "little to no heat" If you would like some heat I would recommend ordering the Med-Hot or Hot in the future. Thanks, Taylor
