“Beautiful tasting lobster but the a lot of water came out of the claws when they were cracked and they were extremely hard to crack too.”

“From all their advertising I believed I was buying a British lobster, but what turned up was a Canadian lobster I could have bought from Aldi for half the price. I feel I was deceived and am making a complaint to trading standards.”

“The lobster was delivered on time and packed beautifully but, having ordered a large lobster, I was disappointed at the amount of meat on it. It didn't matter too much as I bought it to prepare a lobster sauce (and that was delicious) but if I had wanted to prepare, say, a lobster salad it wouldn't have been enough to feed two people.”
