“Delivery prompt and time accurate but this is not my 1st purchase from Wright Brothers and have previously purchased lobsters, which arrived fresh. So I thought I would get ahead for Christmas and bought it early to freeze. On arrival it informed it had been frozen and not to refreeze, due to the cold weather and good packaging the item still felt frozen so I have placed in the freezer. This may not always work out. I looked and the website informed this may occur but I would not order again unless I can be assured it is fresh and I choose to freeze if I need it for a future date. Could this be an option? Date of experience: December 06, 2023”

“A gift for my sister one lobster was good but the second a strange colour & not good at all. I was very disappointed as they are very expensive & it was supposed to be a treat”

“Fantastic! I sent the lobster to my dad for Father’s Day I had an email from the wright brothers to say they had no large lobster but were sending out two regular instead , how awesome is that! Thankyou guys my dad was very happy”
