“Plump, juicy, delicious and sustainable. Makes one of the family favourites -- moules mariniere -- every time we order them. Too good to try cooking them any other way. We have had the occasional broken shell or one that didn't open--which is to be expected--but the last order every one was intact and every one of them opened when cooked. I am getting hungry thinking about them, must be time to order some more!”
