Hi There, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear things didn't go well with your beef Wellington. We have tried to give accurate, simple cooking instructions based on average oven cooking times but there are lots of variants that can affect this, like the type/size of your oven and what else you have in the oven while you cook the Wellington/en Croute. It is best to use these times as a guide and check regularly during cooking. It is also important to make sure the product is fully defrosted before cooking. Best Wishes, Team Wright Brothers

“Beautiful salmon wrapped in a delicious pastry, with spinach and a rich tarragon sauce. Easily served 6 people, 5 adults and a hungry 6 year old.”
