“I first tasted Melinda’s Hot sauce in Belize in the mid 1980’s and have been a faithful customer ever since. I lived in Punta Gorda, Belize for a few years and remember driving up the Hummingbird highway (not really a highway then) and past her farm. I stopped in a few times to visit and was impressed. In those days it was referred to as “Belizian hot sauce”. There were others, but everyone knew you were asking for her hotsauce. I usually buy the mild by the gallon and have for years since everyone seemed to enjoy it. Earlier in the year I decided to purchase one of her “collections” and found the Smoked Habanero … now it has become the favorite. The Smoked Habanero make everything taste better.”

“If you like smoky spicy hot sauce, I highly recommend it. Somebody let me try some and I ordered a bunch the next week. It's very smoky, but I like it.”
