“This is such a versatile hot sauce. It's got some heat, but the flavor is what I love. I recommend being a little adventurous with it. This spring, I've been mixing it with white miso and adding it to a tahini-based salad dressing, and it's amazingly delicious. It's also good to put a few dashes on anything at all. You can't go wrong with this as long as you can stand medium heat.”

“This has to be the best all around hot sauce on the planet! We buy it by the case just to make sure we have a good supply on hand. We use it on just about everything. My favorite use is on my breakfast sandwich that I make every morning before heading off to work. It gives me that extra kick in the pants to get moving. Try it! You will love it!”
