“Has a great super-smokey flavor, and a stacking heat. So if you need it milder, the slower/less you use, the more tolerable the heat is. If you like it hot? Lay it on and eat fast! Goes great in making queso, tastes perfect on every meat i've tried it on so far, just adding a great, rich smoke flavor to anything. It has a light bitter taste to it, slightly vinegary, but I'm not a fan of that flavor, and I don't even mind it, the flavor more than makes up for the slight sourness. All in all, this is a life-time favorite sauce, and the personal greeting/touches/care in the shipped package really made me glad for my purchase. :)”
