I would like to apologise for the issue you have experienced when installing the tiles. We will get our quality control team to investigate this as we have no issue reported on this tile before this.
We would have been more than happy to issue replacements if needed however I am pleased to hear you are happy with the end look.

“The tiles are really good quality. Have them as a feature wall and they look stunning. The colour is not as muted as on the website gallery but does have that 'worn' look about them.”

“It looks nice once done but quite tedious, it is like a jigsaw but with big pieces and cutting the edges in a straight line without breaking them is next to impossible! 2 of the tiles were broken in the box but suppliers were very helpful and replaced them at no cost.”
