“Told 4 times the product would be delivered the next day, had to phone up each time and ask where it is.
Called up to complain twice after this and Promised they would phone back, no response.
Now they are trying to say it was delivered on a day that we never agreed delivery on as I specifically told them I’d be on holiday then.”

“Tile mountain are so poor at delivery and service that they don't even know that I haven't even ordered these tiles.. I was going to and my order would have been way over £1000 but both my other tile orders have had so many issues that I could not in all honesty justify ordering from them a 3rd time.”

The tiles are subject to a certain curvature in line with tiling standards however we would not expect this to be substantial and affect the installation.
