The tiles are beautiful. We have them in a herringbone style that works really well across the whole wall. Unfortunately they took a long time to arrive, despite paying a lot for delivery (almost 4 weeks). When I chased it up, there was no explanation or apology. They were delivered soon after this though.

Slabs are really nice and were delivered on time and helpful delivery driver but the packing was terrible. One pallet was almost falling out the wrapping so luckily I had another pallet that was more stable to lean it on, otherwise there was no way of me getting them out without almost breaking the whole lot. I took the leaning one out first, with only one in the pack chipped. I used these slabs and they looked great etc but when I got to the pack that I thought was packed better, half way down every other one was damaged from the careless stacking. Luckily I was using some as fascias so I could hide the chips in the ground but if I hadn’t over ordered, I would’ve been pretty stuck. I understand that I could get a refund/ new ones if I sent pictures (still in the pallet) but I didn’t have time to wait for new ones and I had enough for what I needed. Nether the less, they deserve this bad review and I hope they reevaluate how they pack their slabs ie in a crate. All the pictures are within the space of 10 slabs

We are very sorry for the damages you have received with your delivery. Our orders are always packed in accordance with the best interests of the products and the customer in mind, so we are sorry if this did not seem to be the case on this occasion. I understand you have discussed this further with our customer service team and that replacments have now been issued to you as requested.

Terrible product do not purchase every tile had a chip in and trying to lay them you will get even more chips

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to apologise you received damaged tiles on your delivery. I can see a replacement order was booked out and this was delivered and again, we are sorry that you had some damaged tiles.

I would like to apologise you received items damaged twice on your orders, due to the nature of tiles, damages can occur however we are always happy to replace or refund within 48hrs. I am sorry this happened twice on your order.

The tiles arrived late, despite being told a delivery date twice, and then they randomly appeared on my driveway at an unexpected time. I had to bring them into the house in the rain as my builder was unavailable. Due to the delays I have had to delay the delivery and installation of my kitchen and with the arrival of our mew baby this will make everything so much harder. The tiles themselves are lovely and the customer service staff are really nice. I'm hoping this is just a one due to covid/brexit pressures that are out of anyones control. A great company but I got unlucky on this occasion.

Did not deliver on the date quoted (stayed in all day). Did not deliver the next day (stayed in all day). Had to pay contractors off as no slabs to lay. Tried twice more before finally delivering, but the driver had no equipment to offload 66m2 of porcelain slabs. driver had to manually lift off 2 slabs at a time. A joke.

Nice tiles but whole experience very frustrating. Tiles were four days late with various excuses offered - would not use again.

I would like to apologise for the delays on your delivery. I can see our couriers advised they attempted the delivery on the 9th however there was not anyone there to accept the delivery and we had tried to contact you via email yesterday also to rearrange the delivery. Please let us know if we can assist further.
