We do try to ensure that customers receive their orders on the requested date. If an order has not been received by a customer, once we have been notified of this then we would be able to look into this and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Sadly the sample tiles arrived cracked and broken 4 out of 7 where damaged. The colour is very similar to the photo advertised. However the quality of the tiles the shine, pearl effect is nothing like what arrived.

We are sorry to hear that your sample tiles arrived damaged. If any products do arrive damaged then once we are notified we would be more than happy to replace them. We do try to keep our images on the website up to date and to show the product as accurately as possible. We always advise customers to use the sample service to get an accurate representation of the tile and we are glad that this service worked for you on this occasion.

Wasn’t very happy with the sample that was sent, it was cut to such a small size that you couldn’t even see the marble effect.

We are sorry that your free cut sample did not offer enough design to help you decide on its suitability. We do also offer the option of a full sample with free delivery to help show the tiles intended design at its best.

We are sorry that your sample did not offer as much detail as you would have expected. We do offer the option of a full-sized sample with free delivery for tiles such as this one where a small cut sized sample may not offer the full effect of the range.

I emailed you about my tiles when they was delivered that one tile was broken & know one has got back to me as yet
