Along with the rest of the order this has not arrived. I have chased daily since Friday to be told the same thing every day. ‘We are chasing the couriers and will get back to you’ I suspect the courier has lost the package so I have to continue the circle of madness everyday until Tile mountain accept they need to send out a replacement.

We are sorry to9 see that your order has been delayed and that you have been so inconvenienced. We do expect our courier to keep us updated with any issues concerning deliveries; however, it does not look like this has happened in this instance, and we can only apologise for this. We can see that a partial refund has been processed to apologise further for this, but please do give us a call if you wish to discuss this further.

Tiles did not arrive on date arranged. Phoned and was told someone would come back with delivery update. Nobody came back fortunately I was about the following day and arrived. I helped unload etc.

Arrived smashed!! Customer service is terrible, Id prefer 1 member of staff dealing with the issue rather than 3 different members of staff! Communication is terrible!

Choose these tiles based on a sample. From the sample the tiles deem to be more reflective/glossy. But once the tiler completed the job the tiles are quiet dull. If you're looking for reflective/high gloss tiles these are not it. But great size. 1 box arrived completely damaged of tiles.

3 days late - had to chase 3 or 4 times Seems like a disconnect between helpful call centre people and the transport department who did not update me

Absolutely shocking, I’ve had nothing but trouble with my tiles coming broken, now I’ve nearly finished tiling after my replacement tiles have arrived, the replacement tiles are slightly smaller. The replacement tiles are not square at all and there’s a difference in nearly 4mm in size. I will not be shopped here again.

We are sorry to see that your order arrived with some damages and that you have been son inconvenienced. We can see that replacements have been sent; however, as the claim was outside of our advertised timeframe we have been unable to match the batches due to selling out of that batch. Tiles can vary (within tolerance levels) from batch to batch, and we are sorry if you were not aware of this at the time. Please do give our customer service team a call if you wish to discuss this further.

I can’t review my tiles because they couldn’t be delivered in a way to accommodate my inflammatory arthritis, well, not unless I wanted to pay extra for ‘extra help’. The other option was a pallet of heavy tiles blocking the pavement/being taken by a passing motorist prior to my husband coming home. Nice bit of indirect discrimination added to which they kept 28.99!of the refund for the delivery THEY had made impossible! Will be complaining to their management.
