“The tiles haven’t been laid yet but they look exactly what we were looking for. Delivery however was an issue as we had numerous cracked tiles and had to order replacements not once, but twice.”

When sending orders via courier, we expect our delivery service providers to take the utmost care with the tiles in transit. We would like to apologise as this does not seem the case in this instance.

“Several tiles arrived broken and insufficient tiles were sent , coverage on box differed to website. Customer service sorted it eventually but job was delayed and cost me money”
“Great tiles but a number came broken. Fortunately we decided to do a smaller area so the broken tiles didn’t matter.
The tile quality was excellent I am really surprised some broke because they were very difficult to cut!!!”

“I ordered more tiles as I under ordered a with my first order, however it took 3 delivery attempts before I received my order! First lot were broken by the courier, second lot lost also supposedly by the courier, finally received the order on 3rd attempt. Does not make up for the cost of the tiler who got stood down because of non delivery - tile mountain were not interested in paying compo.”
