“I order sake and forget how much anything costs, so when I taste it, it is sort of blind tasting. Often I am disappointed to find that something I like is also something that costs a lot. Not in this case. This was very "friendly" sake, although that is not an official tasting term. Not insipid, maybe not immense depths that a more expensive sake would have, but a very pleasant sake to drink.”
“This is my "go-to" for cold Sake. Smooth and crisp when chilled. I sometimes drink it alone, like a glass of wine after dinner, to just take the edge off the day.”
“I like it. I drank it cold. I would say the sake is very smooth and light. It has a delicate melon/pear taste to it. The finish is dry.
I would say this is a very good sake, and especially so given the price. Also, the bottle looks cool.”
