“Not the biggest fan of this sake. Not very complex but it is pleasantly smooth. The after taste actually brings a little more flavor than the initial drink itself, heavy on the citrusy side with a little hint of sweetness that becomes more apparent as it warms. Easy to drink and really great as an aperitif.”

“Hakutsuru “Junmai Ginjo” is a very smooth and gentle sake with light fruit smell. You will be more enjoyed if it served cold with fresh food. It is really a balanced sake, not too sweet or too dry.”
