Hi James, Thank you so much for your review. Hakutsuru “Junmai Ginjo” is so clean sake, so it is easy to drink! It is a little bit of melon flavor, so it pairs with some white fish or shellfish.

Hi Marji, Thank you so much for your review. Hakutsuru “Junmai Ginjo” is light & dry sake, and it is fruity sake. It must be pair with some shellfish and white fish.
