After drinking 85 cans of Kikusui yellow cans at a local (Seattle) Izakaya, the owner told me I'd really like this! She was correct. Powerful, viscous, and with a lovely complex flavor.

Narutotai’s Ginjo Nama Genshu is bold, lively, and packed with personality. Its unpasteurized, undiluted style gives it a fresh, vibrant burst of fruit—melon, pear, and a touch of citrus—supported by a rich, full-bodied texture. The higher alcohol adds warmth while keeping the flavors clean and energetic. A standout sake for those who enjoy expressive, dynamic bottles with a refreshing punch.

Diesel! This one definitely has a kick! I really like Kikusui Funaguchi Genshu "Yellow Can" and this was a step up from that!
