Excellent flavor and smooth but does nothing to stand out from the crowd. A safe choice that won't leave anyone disappointed.

Soft rice, vanilla cream, melon. Smooth with slight body. A nice refreshing sake.

10/10 This is incredible. Good for sweet and dry lovers. Fruit forward aroma and taste into dry finish. Smooth to drink. Best cold.

Expected dry sake and was far to fruity.

Warm around 110 F, this is a perfect match with a burger or other salty/meaty foods, approachable with creamy smoothness but not syrupy, sweet but not sugary, really nice. Looking forward to learning more but a great start for a sake that will be a staple going forward.

You can't go wrong with Hakkaisan. Before extremely dry and umami- heavy sake became my favorite, Hakkaisan was my favorite. Moreso their junmai and daiginjo, but now, I'm happier with their tokubetsu
