Best served cold - more like a wine than a sake w heavy citrus tones.

Got this in my flash sale box. Very rich flavor that lingers. . Drank it chilled. Will buy again.

Complex flavor that changes at different temperatures, recommend trying it both hot and cold.

My first time trying kame-no-o rice. The label's description of citrusy and earthy is spot on. We enjoyed this a lot with goma-miso nabe. I look forward to trying other heirloom rice varieties, but this offering from Senkin was interesting and very tasty.

This is rich and full flavored. Chilled it goes great with the Korean food I was eating. Wife wants the full sized bottle next time.

Having tried this multiple way, I find it best served cold vice warm. Some plum notes or notes of other stone fruit to it. Cocoa like bitterness on the finish. Wouldn't be lost with a stronger tasting dish. A complex taste given the few ingredients.
