We have purchased this sake several times now, and it is one of our favorites. The beautiful bottle adds to the appeal, and this sake tastes good with almost anything.

Quite dry but with nice fruity notes. I had this room temperature with sushi and it was great! Hope it comes back in stock soon.

Crisp and clean sake that makes for easy-drinking. A classic so-shu, it drinks like water yet with a very dry sensibility. A popular sake but not my favorite because it lacks the rich, complexity that I have come to love most.

Hi Sunaina, Thank you so much for your review. Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is so much clean sake. This sake has not so much rich flavor, but it is including some dry taste. If you like to drink rich taste sake, we recommend that Senkin “Modern” Muku which is so much rich flavor.

Really liked this. Umami sake with a dry finish. Very very nice. Will be getting myself some more.

Hi Chase, Thank you so much for your review. Suigei is so much popular sake, so it often be out of stock because it has so much Umami. Suigei has some more other series on our website! Kampai!

This is another one I received in the Sake Box and it was a pleasant surprise! It has an almost savory umami aftertaste that goes really well with flavorful meat dishes. I had it both alone and with some wings and I enjoyed it more then I expected to! The Dassai 45 was definitely the winner of the box, but I'd definitely order Suigei's sake again.

Hi Crissy, Thank you so much for your review. Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is kind of dry sake, and it taste like Fennel, so it must be pair with some meats and fish! If you like Dassai45, we also have some different series of sake.

Hi Jose, Thank you so much for your review a lot. Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is kind of dry sake, so it must be pair with vegetable or sashimi.
