Thank you so much for your review. Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is so much clean sake. This sake has not so much rich flavor, but it is including some dry taste. If you like to drink rich taste sake, we recommend that Senkin “Modern” Muku which is so much rich flavor.

Suigei “Tokubetsu Junmai” is kind of dry sake, and it taste like Fennel, so it must be pair with some meats and fish! If you like Dassai45, we also have some different series of sake.
