“I enjoyed this sake both chilled and at room temperature. There is a nice rice and yeast scent on the nose with a touch of rose. This sake is very clean and flavorful as a great everyday sake compared to the Suigei Harmony. I can see this pairing well with almost anything you throw at it.”
