“I enjoyed this chilled, with tonkatsu…. and it was delicious, as well as a good match to the food! Just slightly dry, lots of umami, and a soft mouthfeel made this extremely enjoyable. Not quite as enjoyable as it warmed to room temperature, but I’d definitely purchase this again in order to try it warmed!”
