“This was an interesting sake. It was smooth and had a depth of flavor. I did not enjoy it chilled. The flavored were muted and all the wrong flavors are highlighted. It shines when warmed. A nutty/earthy flavor profile comes through. It's a great sale but , for me, Id put it in my "interesting for some occasions category". It would not be in my usual rotation”
