“this is "slightly dry" - which is to say, it is pretty sweet. Sweeter than I typically like. I am sure others will like this more than I do, but I rate it a bit low to influence the algorithm that decides what I might like.”
“This was nice and light, as detailed in the description, with a great balance of sweetness to the earthy notes. I can see this being popular with a lot of people as it is not too sweet or too dry, it is just a pleasant and relaxing sip. While maybe not one of my absolute favorites, I still really enjoyed this mellow sake.”
