“A very nice sake, In the glass the sake has a pale gold tint. The nose is fresh with a flash of caramel. On the tongue the sake is bright and crisp with a stony finish followed by a peppery tail. This is a very good junmai.”
“My wife really enjoyed this one. The flavor is too sweet for me. We preferred it cold, goes down easy. Reminded us both of cold, crisp apples. This is not flavored, but the taste is quite fruity. Glad we got try it, definitely different from the others we've tried.”
