A very nice sake. In the glass this sake is clean and bright with pale gold tones. The nose brings to mind earthy tones. On the palate this sake is slightly dry with caramel hints. Wood is present in the first taste and is followed by an earthy tail.

In it's price range, this is a great sake. Chilled and paired with cheese, but it's sharp dryness would pair well with some spice as well.

This is a great sake for it's price. It's smooth and drinkable, but not too clean (still a little flavor interest).
