The bottle is cute. I took this to a Japanese restaurant. I had it with a spicy tuna roll and some other Japanese delights.

I love this nigori. It has a fuller mouthfeel and notes of banana/almonds. I buy this one regularly.

Not my favorite thus far. I will try it again after venturing out with some other nigori. Others may enjoy it though!

This is my first nigori. I was pleased the texture was mild and barely noticeable. However, the kind of sweetness this has, combined with the sharper sake flavor is not one I enjoy compared to other styles. There is also an obvious difference in taste if you do not shake the bottle to redistribute the particles. And by shake, I mean slowly move the bottle around. If you do not do this every time you pour a drink into someone's cup, it changes the taste noticeably. This is also the first sake where there is a big difference in taste between room temperature and the recommended chill.

excellent flavor! can get a little chalky if left too long, even after shaking thoroughly

Snow Maiden is probably my favorite "cheap" nigori. Sweet, creamy, and goes down smoothly. What's not to like? Sure it's not as refined as, say, a Dassai nigori, but it's more than worth the price.

It’s great a bottle and amazing sake to go with it.
