This is probably one of my favorite sakes so far. I like the Nigori style and this one is super smooth, flavorful and refreshing with no noticeable grittyness. I drank it very cold as an apperitiff/dessert because I wanted to enjoy it by itself but it could easily accompany many meals and desserts. I kept going back for more and wished I had gotten more bottles. This one will definitely be a regular on my orders.

Very nice tasting sake, great flavor profile and goes well with almost anything, to me anyways!

Such a lovely flavor. A less filtered Sake had little to no grit. The flavor was sharper as it warmed but chilled was so nice. (Keep in the fridge than on the table.) The bottle needed a swish between pours as the night went on. This was a perfect addition to a cooked ground beef-formed dish. (Think sloppy joe but tighter. No bread.) Red bell pepper sauce. Steamed carrots and coleslaw. The end of the bottle was SHARP. A rice wine sting as it warmed up. Still, no grit feel. It looked amazing in clear glasses.

Very pretty bottle if you want to use it as a gift. Taste is listed as rich and sweet, but it wasn't too sweet. Good value for the price.
