“I found this one to be exceptionally harsh and a very strong alcoholic taste that cut through any flavor it may have. Although new to sake I had 11 other bottles to compare this to and it was the least enjoyable.

“I first tried this sake cold and on its own. I found it to have a very pleasant initial taste but with a somewhat metallic after taste that I did not enjoy. I tried a second tasting another day when it was at room temperature and found I had the same experience. When I served it with a hardy meal (sake served at room temperature) it really held its own and is a wonderful sake. I I think that sake lovers would enjoy this shared with friends around the dinner table.”
