“Overall, I’m really happy with my Titan Fitness GHD. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the shipping experience—while nothing was severely damaged, a couple of pieces arrived with some finish scraped off, and one of the plastic endcaps was broken. Fortunately, Titan’s customer service was great and quickly sent replacement parts, which I really appreciated. I was most concerned about the quality of the pads after reading some mixed reviews, but they completely exceeded my expectations. The pads are firm and supportive, and the covering feels really durable—definitely a high point. Assembly took me about an hour and a half. It wasn’t exactly easy, but not overly difficult either. Just make sure to lay everything out first and pay close attention to the details—it’ll save you some headache. My main critique is the wheels. They’re quite small and don’t roll very well, which makes moving this heavy unit a bit of a chore. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to note if you’re tight on space or plan to move it often. I also noticed what others have mentioned about the tightness of the footplate area. It’s a snug fit getting in and out, but I’m hoping that’ll ease up a bit with regular use. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I’m really glad I chose this model over other budget GHDs. The design matched the aesthetic I was going for, the build quality was better than expected, and the heavier weight gives me confidence when doing GHD sit-ups and hip/back extensions. It feels solid, stable, and like it’ll last a long time.”

“I orignially bought your normal stand up roman chair to assist in healing my ruptured disc. That thing was a waste as the pads were cheap/flimsy and the thing shook everytime I used it. So I went to Titan and bought the "beast" as I call it. It arrived in two boxes, which were delivered in only a few days. It was easy to put together and I couldnt wait to give it a try. WOW! This thing is legit! It is solid and a well made machine. I am only a few workouts in and my core and more importantly, my back are feeling it in a good way. The handles can even act as a dip machine. This is the utility equipment you need to add to your home gym! I highly reccommend it!”

“We bought the GHD machine online, it came in quickly. Took up a little more space than we expected, but we do not regret the purchase. It is solidly built and a great addition to our little home gym. Assembly wasn’t hard, but the instructions took a little bit of interpretation.”

“Awesome quality equipment! Really happy with my purchase and experience with Titan. I have ordered from them before, which is why I came back again. Quality is great and prices are reasonable. When assembling my GHD we noticed one bolt was missing. It was meant to secure a wheel/roller to the leg so the machine can be more easily moved around so it wasn’t to big a deal but it was a bit of a bummer, like the absent last piece of a puzzle.”
