The Reverse Hyperextensions Lower Body Machine or H-PND is constructed to tighten and tone your body for the highest level of performance. This hyperextension will target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves while helping increase the flexibility of your hips. Furthermore, you can use the machine to do pull-throughs and single-arm rows. Crafted with an all-steel frame, the H-PND features a hefty pad, a loadable Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, durable steps, grip handles, a hyper strap, spring collars, and rubber feet. Additionally, we have included a cross brace to increase the difficulty. With the H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weightlifting, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“All of the research from negative comments proved wrong. H-PND came boxed in two packages. Both were unharmed in the delivery. Product was easy to assemble with instructions from the web. Had up in running in less than 2.5 hours and immediately started using. Love it!!!”

“Very well built and will never have to replace as far as garage gym use. Do not hesitate to go with Titan. No wobble, very smooth pendulum, and the actual pad surface area is very large. Make sure you have room for this machine and check the dimensions. The ankle pad is adequate if starting out, but I would go with a Spud Inc belt for a future upgrade.”

“This thing is built like a freaking TANK. Super high quality, and doesn’t budge an inch when you’re on it. My one wish was that it came with a slightly better foot strap and spring clips, but this thing is still worth it 100%. Also it was missing one single lock nut which was throwing me for a loop while putting it together, but I was able to pick a few up from Lowe’s for about a dollar. A word of advice when putting it together: pay attention to the directions and only really tighten it down when it directs you to. I would also recommend tightening everything down in a X pattern (similar to the concept of putting on a tire with the star pattern, going opposite sides rather than around in a circle) to make sure everything tightens down equally. Also keep in mind this thing is REALLY heavy. Have someone to help you move the boxes in place and then build it in its final resting place.”

“It’s a sturdy machine, I have not used yet since one of the bearing part came damaged and I can’t assemble the pendant. I communicated with Hezron, who is a great customer service associate and is going to send it, but I’m still waiting for quite a while! Let’s see what develops! So far I guess being patient is key!”
