The Reverse Hyperextensions Lower Body Machine or H-PND is constructed to tighten and tone your body for the highest level of performance. This hyperextension will target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves while helping increase the flexibility of your hips. Furthermore, you can use the machine to do pull-throughs and single-arm rows. Crafted with an all-steel frame, the H-PND features a hefty pad, a loadable Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, durable steps, grip handles, a hyper strap, spring collars, and rubber feet. Additionally, we have included a cross brace to increase the difficulty. With the H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weightlifting, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“This piece of equipment is built like a freaking tank and it works!!! Everything came packaged perfectly. All of the parts were flawless and I was able to put it together easily by myself. For the price which includes shipping you simply cannot beat it.”

“This thing is built like a tank. 100% satisfied with the quality, all the welds are clean with no chips in finish. Maybe 60-90 minutes to put together solo (tricky holding the heavy parts up). It could be half the size it is, there's enough room to sit 3 adults on the platform. That's a chunk of real estate for some leg raises. It takes a bit of moving around to find the comfortable spot, after the awkward belly scooting it does feel great to use. Burns after a few reps, have put it in rotation 3 of 6 days. Filled in the Titan logo with gym colors, they should offer inserts for that dark area.”

“This thing is extremely well built, clean welds, even powder coat throughout. The pivot is extremely smooth. After the first few sets, my lower back felt like I put icy hot on it. This is a must have machine for anyone who spends a significant portion of their day sitting. Thing went together easy, everything lined up, and nothing had to be forced. Although installing the platform, and pendulum alone is a bit of a chore. Or course there are always things that can be improved on. 1- The instructions aren't clear which way the bearings need to be aligned, install them the wrong direction, and the pendulum ends up too wide to bot to the frame. 2-A leg roller upgrade would be appreciated, otherwise one has to learn the technique to dismount without a weight plate busting their shin. 3-The zinc or cad finish on the weight horns, they're showing significant wear from just a couple days of use. This is a bit of a let down considering how overbuilt the rest of the unit seems.”

“This thing is sturdy. If you don't have someone helping you assemble it, you will have to be creative to balance the upper cross frame while attaching to the front and rear frames. It does take up a lot of space but worth it. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“This machine is a beast. I am very pleased that I went with Titan rather than going with a more expensive model. I use it almost daily. Everything arrived in perfect condition, although 1 box came one day and another box came the next day (Fed Ex).”
