The Reverse Hyperextensions Lower Body Machine or H-PND is constructed to tighten and tone your body for the highest level of performance. This hyperextension will target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves while helping increase the flexibility of your hips. Furthermore, you can use the machine to do pull-throughs and single-arm rows. Crafted with an all-steel frame, the H-PND features a hefty pad, a loadable Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, durable steps, grip handles, a hyper strap, spring collars, and rubber feet. Additionally, we have included a cross brace to increase the difficulty. With the H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weightlifting, helping you to develop a lean, muscular build.

“This thing is sturdy. If you don't have someone helping you assemble it, you will have to be creative to balance the upper cross frame while attaching to the front and rear frames. It does take up a lot of space but worth it. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“This machine is a beast. I am very pleased that I went with Titan rather than going with a more expensive model. I use it almost daily. Everything arrived in perfect condition, although 1 box came one day and another box came the next day (Fed Ex).”

“Two boxes arrived with minor scuffs, the contents were unharmed. Assembled by one person in about 1.5 hrs, all components fit together without any issues. Missing a few washers but all else was complete. My home gym is surrounded by tall trees and when the next storm blows by here I will be under this HPND for protection. The construction is that good.”

“Solid sturdy piece or equipment. I was in-between this and the Rouge Fitness Hyper. I feel I made the correct choice. Although it doesn’t have a listed weight capacity, I have gone up to 150lbs+ with no glaring issues.”
