“Working your Biceps is only 1/3 of your arms. Working your Triceps is only 1/3 of your arms.. That means without Forearm training you’re leaving 33% of your arms under developed. If you’re looking to build grip strength to increase your PR’s without adding stress to your shoulders then this is a must have. It’s got more GIRTH than an Ex wife can handle. The Nurling is good but not phenomenal. It’s a piece that you didn’t know you needed until you started incorporating it.”

“This is my first Titan Fitness purchase and will not be my last. Purchased the mounted wrist roller because it got some good reviews. Unboxing it - this thing is built like a tank and the bearings are really smooth and quiet. I LOVE this attachment (using it on a Rogue Monster Lite rack) and wish I had purchased it sooner.”
