I have always made my own wrist rollers out of wooden dowels and rope. This piece is an absolute unit in comparison and I can't overstate just how nice it is to be able to have the weight pegged at eye level and letting the shoulders relax. This position let's you isolate the forearms while getting a full stretch and contraction, something you don't get when you do wrist curls with your arms held at your sides. One thing I was caught off guard by is the diameter. It is a 2 inch thick grip and says this in the description. It's actually a good thing and can only add to effectiveness. I'm really enjoying throwing these in while I'm in the gym doing active recovery. Final thing is mine did squeak a bit but a little 3 in 1 oil fixed that. I would definitely recommend this thing if you are a wrist roller fan and want a really well built and useful one.

I was about to pull the trigger on the Rogue Wrist Roller - Rack Mount at this time priced $105.95 not counting shipping versus this item at $74.99 free shipping. I am very happy I went with the Titan brand. first, the knurling is pretty solid - note: Rogue does not have any knurling and a common complaint on their website is if you go heavy it's hard to keep your grip. not a problem here w the Titan version. also this is pretty beefy, it is much heftier than I thought, it is not a flimsy DIY wrist roller. Although this is my fault for trying to Frankenstein this on my SML1 and sadly does not fit it still works great and I would recommend. the carabiner has a twist to lock mechanism and I wrapped it over a kettle bell - no issues. Substantially cheaper than the rogue version and this has knurling? go with Titan

As far as I’m concerned, it’s perfect. Big ole grips, deep knurling, & heavy. Much better than I was expecting.

The pictures do not do this project Justice I have made my wrist rollers in the past however I liked the concept of this one. This is way better than I could have ever imagined!

Really great way to blast your forearms without losing form and really isolating your forearms. Amazing addition!

A rack mountable wrist roller allows you to use a wrist roller in the traditionally taught position without putting so much strain on the upper back and triceps... you can actually focus the work out on the forearms.

This thing is awesome! I was concerned with the first two reviews about the fit. It is a perfect fit on my X-3 upright, very snug! Quality is top notch, knurling on the handles is perfect. I like the rack mounted version because it takes your shoulders out of the exercise. If you have an 3X3 rack I would highly recommend this attachment!
