“The item arrived defective. The j-hook was too small to wrap around the rack fully. I removed the j-hook from the roller so that I could use it. Currently, I'm using it without the hook and doing my wrist rolls freestanding. Someone should have done a quality check. Titan has a recurring issue with their quality control. Just about every item I purchased from Titan has had a problem.”

“Always wanted a roller that targets my wrists & this rack mounted model fit the bill. Really impressed with the build. Roller knurling is very nice - not too sharp, not too passive - just the right amount of grip. Fits nice & snug on my jammer arms. Doesn’t appear to be scratching my rack’s paint but if it was lined UHNW, this bad boy would be absolutely perfect.”

“When I received the wrist roller it did not function at all. I called customer service and asked for assistance to see if there was any special instructions and the company could not assist. They asked for a video of me trying to use the equipment to show what the problem was and I sent it. After that they just refunded me my money back. When I asked what was wrong, all they said was we don’t know. To re-order.”

“The build quality is nice. The handle has a fat grip with aggressive knurling. The handle spins very smoothly on the rack mount. The only small problem I have is with the design. There is a pin that holds the lifting strap in place that causes the strap to have a hump when winding that affects resistance during the lift. Other than that I would recommend this product.”
