The machine came with a manufacturing defect and after almost a month, Titan Fitness hasn’t told me what they are going to do to correct the issue. At first they offered me a 5% discount so I could have a piece “fabricated”. When I didn’t take that, they offered me a 10% discount. All I want is for the issue to be resolved. The functional trainer looks like it would be great if it weren’t for the defect but for now, I have a $1300 paperweight taking up space in my gym.

Well built machine. Not like your typical cheap cable machines with many pulleys that twist and get tangled. My only concern which is minimal is the machine will buck a little if you don't have weight on the plate posts. You can easily get rid of that problem by bolting it to the ground.

Overall this is a good product. Cons: Needs to be taller, footplates for the low row are too small, threaded section for the footplate bolts were rusted, most of the cable ends have a threaded bolt you clamp your cable attachments onto, which is a nuisance (and can slice your finger if you are in a rush), one of my boxes was damaged and had a hole (luckily nothing fell out), customer service wanted me to go buy my own hardware for a few bolts that were missing. Pros: Pulley/cable system is smooth. The adjustment towers work well. No major issues with hardware installation.

I haven't found a downside to this machine yet. Easy assembly, took 2 or 3 hours. Everything is heavy gauge and well made. The pulleys are ultra smooth with heavy or light weights. The attachments that are included cover every everything I need. I'm 5-11 and haven't had any height issues. This is a great machine for a really good price. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality is fantastic, the fit and finish is super clean, and it functions flawlessly. My only complaint I suppose you could say is that this machine doesn't include some sort of hold down for your legs on a lat pulldown. It works well without it, but I made one of my own and takes it up a notch. I'm honestly not a big fan of the attachments that it came with either, but I already had my own so it's not biggie. All in all I love it and would most definitely purchase again.

My only issue with being 6' 1 would be that I wish the machine were taller. I can get everything done I want, but if it were a foot taller, it would be hands down best on the market. This is not a deal breaker. 10/10 recommend.

One of the parts was broken out of the box and it took three weeks to receive a replacement. No manual in the box, but I downloaded one from the website. It's kind of complex to put together and the instructions are minimal, but I fugured it out.
