“Low profile and easy to move. We added 2.5 inch washers to the bottom steel foot plate for less wobble when it's stored upright but that was just our preference. As delivered...it's great! Many uses.”

“I purchased this after extensive research. The product arrived early, it was packed extremely well, less than 2hrs to assemble, the padding is top knotch with a nice grippy texture. The frame is solid yet easy to wheel and super nice that it stands upright for easy storage. Super happy with this purchase.”

“My opinion on this product order: • Very average piece of equipment • The plastic end caps are already breaking (warranty claim has been submitted) • The pin adjust is hard to move • The upholstery on the half circle pad is already bunching up after one month of use in my club”

“It does what a ghd is supposed to. It targets your hamstrings in a way nothing else can. The best part about this GHD is it's small footprint when stored. No longer do you have to sacrifice home gym space for a specialty machine. It stands up for storage, but when you are ready to use it you can easily roll it to any location and use it. Also it's not overly expensive when compared to other ghd machines. One downside is you cannot raise or lower the height of your foot position. That changes the intensity of the exercise. That's not too big of a deal because you can either add weights or bands depending on your needs. Another downside is the rubber floor protectors keep falling off. That's an easy fix with guerilla two sided mounting tape. It's more of a nuisance than a long term problem. All in all this is a great buy for the serious lifter.”

“I would’ve given this 5 stars if not for an issue with bolts/instructions( two bolts were too short to use spacers on the post). Aside from that I love this. It is just as functional as a full size GHD with the ease of storing in a corner. A bit pricey but the quality is 5/5 and the ability to move/store it make up for the price.”
